How to turn multiple JPG and PNG images into one PDF
Combine receipt photos or scans into one file for sharing. Each JPG or PNG becomes one PDF page. The tool does not recognize text inside an image or turn it into editable text.
Worked example
The values below are fictional examples that illustrate the workflow.
Input and settings
receipt-1.jpg receipt-2.png Settings: A4, regular margins
Expected result
A two-page PDF Page 1: receipt-1 / Page 2: receipt-2 Each image is fitted proportionally to its A4 page
Steps
- Choose JPG or PNG files in Images to PDF. Export HEIC photos to a supported format first.
- Arrange the file list in the desired page order.
- Choose A4 and margins for printing, or Image dimensions to follow each image’s dimensions at 96dpi.
- Create and download the PDF, then check for cropping and unexpected orientation.
What to check
Each image must be at most 16 megapixels and 10,000 pixels on either side. Resize very large photos before processing.
The PDF is image-based. This is not an OCR or dedicated compression tool. Any personal information visible in the photos remains visible in the PDF.
